Frank Family Vineyards x Dress for Success®

Sip with Style, Support with Purpose

At Frank Family Vineyards, we believe life's most meaningful moments are created around the table, within our communities, and through shared experiences that bring people together. That's why we're proud to partner with Dress for Success® Worldwide, a global nonprofit dedicated to empowering women to achieve economic independence by providing professional attire, career development resources, coaching, and a global network of support. This partnership is especially meaningful to our founders. Long before this collaboration, Leslie Frank proudly served on the Board of Directors for the Seattle chapter of Dress for Success, where she witnessed firsthand the organization’s impact in helping women build confidence, access resources, and pursue new opportunities. That experience inspired a lasting commitment to supporting Dress for Success and the incredible work they do in communities around the world. Today, we're honored to continue that legacy through Frank for a Cause. Every purchase of Frank Family Vineyards wine through June 2027 supports our partnership with Dress for Success, helping provide women with the tools, resources, and confidence they need to thrive in work and in life.

About Dress for Success

Dress for Success® empowers women to achieve greater economic mobility by providing professional attire, career development tools, coaching, and a supportive network that helps them confidently enter and thrive in the workforce. This nonprofit is about more than what you wear—it's about confidence, opportunity, and empowering women to define their own futures while building long-term careers and financial stability. Since 1997, Dress for Success has grown to 130 Network Members across 15 countries and has helped more than 1.3 million women work toward economic independence and self-sufficiency.

Family has always been at the heart of Frank Family Vineyards, and I've always believed that when you invest in women, you invest in families and communities. My time serving on the board of Dress for Success Seattle reinforced that belief, and I'm proud that together we're helping create more opportunities for women to thrive.
